Initiating a Return
- All return requests must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.
- To begin a return, please contact here with your order number and a picture and description of the issue.
Accepted Reasons for Return
We only accept returns in cases where:
- The item received is defective, damaged, or in poor condition.
- The item received is not as described or advertised.
- You received the wrong item in your order.
- Exchange Policy
We’re happy to replace items if they arrive defective or damaged, or if you received the wrong product. If you need to exchange your item for the same product, please email us at info@happybuffalo.com with your order details. Once approved, send your item to:

As soon as we receive your exchange request we will send you a return label, then we’ll send out a replacement as soon as we receive tracking info (just email a picture of the receipt with QR code) —we really hope your shopping experience stays a happy one.
Return Process
- Once your request is approved, we will provide instructions for your return or replacement.
- Please do not return items without prior authorization, as they may not be processed.
Refunds
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
- Non-Returnable Items
- Personalized or custom-made products (unless defective or incorrect).
- Items returned after the 14-day window.
- Items not in their original condition due to misuse.
