Shipping Times
Delivery time depends on where you live and which print partner fulfills your order:
- U.S. Orders: Usually arrive within 4-8 business days after shipping.
- International Orders: Typically take 10–30 business days depending on customs and local carriers.
You’ll get a tracking number once your order ships (some economy options may have limited tracking).
Shipping Costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and product type. Multi-item orders may ship separately, depending on the print provider.
International Orders & Customs
International customers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes their country may charge. We can’t control customs delays, but we do our best to keep you updated.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or doesn’t show up, please reach out within 7 days with your order number and a photo (if applicable). We’ll work quickly to replace or refund it.
Returns & Cancellations
Because each item is custom made, we can’t accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective.
Once production begins, orders usually can’t be changed or canceled, so please double-check your info before checkout.
